Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using 38jili. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 21, we will suspend the account pending age verification and may void any bets or winnings associated with that account.
38jili reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or voter's ID.
3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 38jili platform. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If you are found to have registered more than one account, 38jili may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.
3.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposits.
3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on 38jili are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event as published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed once 38jili has issued a bet confirmation to you. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and event type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager. 38jili reserves the right to set individual account limits at any time, which may differ from the standard platform limits.
5.3 Voided Bets
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date within 48 hours; an obvious pricing error occurred; the event result cannot be determined due to exceptional circumstances; or the bet was placed after the event had already started when a pre-match market was still open due to a technical error.
5.4 Results and Settlements
Bets are settled based on the official result as reported by the relevant governing body of the sport or game. For esports, the result declared by the tournament organiser at the end of the match is used. In the event of a dispute about a result, 38jili's decision is final, and will be based on available official evidence.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
38jili offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must place a certain total amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not count toward the wagering requirement.
6.2 One Bonus Per Person
Each bonus offer is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
6.3 Bonus Expiry

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
38jili is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to access another member's account without their permission.
- Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate winnings that would not occur under normal platform operation.
- Using stolen payment credentials or making fraudulent deposits.
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent.
- Any conduct that 38jili reasonably determines constitutes fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 38jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits from bets not placed due to technical issues; delays in settlement caused by circumstances outside our control; or interruptions to service caused by network failures or third-party system outages.

12. Changes to These Terms
38jili may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect. Your account balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
