How 38jili Came to Be
The idea behind 38jili was not born in a boardroom. It came from a group of people who had spent years playing on platforms that were clearly built for someone else — clunky interfaces, payment methods that did not work in the Philippines, customer support that never quite understood what you were asking, and odds that felt like an afterthought. At some point, the frustration became a decision: if no one is building this right for Filipino players, let us do it ourselves.
From the start, the 38jili team made a commitment that every major product decision would be filtered through a simple question: does this work for someone in Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, or anywhere else in the Philippines? Not just Metro Manila, not just players with a credit card — every Filipino player, regardless of where they are or how they prefer to pay.
That thinking shaped everything. The minimum deposit was set at ₱100 because that is a real number for real people. GCash and Maya were integrated from day one because that is how Filipinos move money. The customer support team is local and fluent in both English and Filipino because half-translations of support scripts are useless when you have a real problem. And the game selection was built around what Filipino players actually enjoy — boxing, basketball, color games, slots, esports — not just whatever happened to be available from international providers.
"We are not trying to be the biggest platform in the world. We are trying to be the best one for Filipinos — and that focus makes all the difference."
Since launching, 38jili has grown steadily — not through aggressive advertising gimmicks, but through word of mouth among players who found that the platform actually delivered on its promises. Payouts processed. Bonuses that made sense. Odds that were competitive. When these things work consistently, people talk about it, and that is exactly how 38jili built its membership.
We cover a wide range of sports and games: boxing and MMA for the combat sports fans, PBA and basketball for the hoops community, esports for the younger players who grew up watching Mobile Legends and Dota 2 tournaments, jackpot slots for those who enjoy the thrill of a big spin, and color game for the classic arcade crowd. The goal is always the same — give every type of Filipino player a proper home on 38jili.
38jili is played and loved across every corner of the Philippines.
