Most 38jili members log in without any issues — the process is simple and the platform
is designed to load fast even on a basic mobile data connection. But we know that
questions come up, especially if you are logging in on a new device or after a long
break from the platform. Here is everything you need to know.
Logging In on Mobile vs Desktop
The 38jili login page is fully responsive and works equally well on
Android, iPhone, tablet, or desktop browser. No app download is required — just open
38jili.best in your browser, tap the Login button in the navigation, and you are on the
login page. On mobile, we recommend saving the site to your home screen for faster access.
It behaves exactly like an app without taking up storage space.
What to Do If You Forgot Your Password
Tap the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter the email address or mobile
number registered to your 38jili account. You will receive a password reset link via
email or an OTP via SMS within a few minutes. Follow the instructions in the message
to set a new password. The reset link expires after 15 minutes for security reasons —
if it expires, just request a new one.
When creating a new password, make it at least 8 characters and include a mix of
uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using passwords you already use for
other platforms, especially your GCash or banking apps.
Why Your Login Might Be Failing
If you are entering the right credentials but still cannot get in, here are the most
common reasons and how to fix them:
- Caps Lock is on. Passwords on 38jili are case-sensitive. Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- You are using the wrong credential type. Try your username, then your email, then your mobile number — any of the three should work.
- Your account email is not yet verified. If you registered recently but have not clicked the verification link in your welcome email, your account will not activate. Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Your account has been temporarily locked. After several consecutive failed login attempts, 38jili temporarily locks the account as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock it immediately.
- You are on a restricted network. Some corporate or school WiFi networks block gambling sites. Switch to mobile data and try again.
Two-Factor Authentication — Why You Should Enable It
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step whenever you log in.
Even if someone has your password, they cannot access your 38jili account without also
having your phone. Setting up 2FA takes about two minutes and significantly reduces the
risk of unauthorised access. You can enable it from Account Settings after logging in.
We strongly recommend it, especially if you have a significant balance on your account.
Security reminder: 38jili will never contact you by SMS, Messenger,
or any other channel asking for your login password or OTP. If anyone claiming to be
38jili support asks for these details, it is a scam. Report it to us immediately
at support@38jili.best.
Account Sharing Is Not Allowed
Each 38jili account is strictly for the registered holder only. Sharing your login
credentials with friends or family members — even casually — is a violation of our
Terms and Conditions. If 38jili detects account sharing,
the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals forfeited. Keep your credentials
private and your account to yourself.
Logging In After a Cooling-Off Period
If you previously set a cooling-off period on your account through the
Responsible Gaming tools, your account will
automatically reactivate at the end of the period. You can then log in as normal.
If you chose self-exclusion, that is permanent and your account cannot be reopened.
